Our Aim in the County Development squad is to improve technical skills and stroke technique which will give the swimmers a good foundation to achieve their best as they move through the squads.  The swimmers will learn to train with other swimmers, develop endurance and become proficient
in all four strokes which is important for the 9 - 13yr olds.  They will train and compete on the 4 strokes and swim all distances available to them from the 50m - 1500m.
Above all the County Development Squad will swim together, improve together, laugh together and have fun together. Training at Watford Woodside Leisure Centre, and Rickmansworth School.  Coached by  Josie Hoare.
